Product Description

HTSY® latest selling ultrasound therapy device can release ultrasonic energy of specific frequency bands to the human body. The frequencies of these sound waves are generally between 1 and 3 megahertz, a frequency band that is inaudible to human hearing. It is just like an "invisible masseur", which can easily penetrate the surface of the skin without contact and precisely act on the deep muscles, joints and various soft tissues. It can not only loosen adhered tissues, but also gradually soften hard scars, quickly reduce inflammatory responses, and at the same time enhance the regenerative and repair capabilities of tissues.

Whether it is common soft tissue injuries or scenarios requiring postoperative rehabilitation, using it as an auxiliary treatment can achieve very good results. Compared with ordinary hot compress or electrotherapy equipment, our therapy device has more concentrated energy and a more precise range of action. The HTSY® ultrasound therapy device is renowned for its unique therapeutic effect and the absence of side effects during long-term treatment.

Treatment Mechanism

1.Mechanical effect

The mechanical effect of the HTSY® ultrasound therapy device (also known as "internal massage") is one of the key mechanisms by which it exerts its therapeutic effect. When ultrasonic vibration acts on the human body, it exerts a mechanical effect on the tissues, causing the tissue particles to alternately compress and stretch, thereby generating fluctuations in positive and negative pressure. Such fluctuations are also known as pressure differences. This pressure difference will cause changes in the volume and movement state of tissue cells, further triggering more obvious cytoplasmic movement, and at the same time, it can also stimulate the diffusion process of semi-permeable membranes. This phenomenon is known as the "cellular massage" or "micro-massage" effect of ultrasound on tissues.

2.Thermal effect

The thermal effect of this therapy device is one of the key mechanisms by which it exerts its therapeutic effect. When ultrasonic waves act on the body, they will prompt the body to generate heat. The formation of this "endogenous heat" is essentially the result of tissues absorbing acoustic energy. The factors influencing the heat generation of ultrasound are mainly closely related to the ultrasound dose, frequency and the nature of the medium. Under the same dose conditions, the average absorption values of ultrasound by different tissues from largest to smallest are ranked as follows: lung > bone > tendon > kidney > liver > nerve tissue > fat > blood > serum.

These different tissues have varying absorption of ultrasound, which can lead to uneven heat production. For instance, within the body, the areas where tendons and ligaments attach, as well as the cartilage surfaces of joints, the cortical bone, and the periosteum, generate relatively more heat. Soft tissues close to bone tissue and far from the head of the voice produce more heat than those far from bone tissue and close to the head of the voice. However, it is precisely this characteristic that holds significant value in the treatment of sports injuries such as joints and ligaments.

However, when using an HTSY® ultrasound therapy device, special attention should be paid to overheating issues to prevent tissue damage. Areas such as the cornea, lens, vitreous body, and testicles of the eye require extra caution. This is because blood circulation can affect local temperature rise: 79% to 82% of the heat generated by ultrasound is carried away by blood circulation, while only 18% to 21% is dispersed through heat conduction from adjacent tissues. For this reason, caution must be exercised when using it for these tissues with less blood circulation.

3.Physicochemical effect

The physicochemical effects (also known as cavitation) of how ultrasound exerts therapeutic effects

(1)Inflammatory tissues are often accompanied by acidosis. This therapy device can change the concentration of hydrogen ions, causing the pH value to shift towards an alkaline direction, thereby alleviating symptoms and facilitating the repair of inflammation. At the same time, HTSY® ultrasound therapy device can enhance cell permeability, promote drug depolymerization, and make it easier for drugs to penetrate into the bacteria, thereby better reducing inflammation and killing bacteria and assisting in the recovery of inflammation.

(2)Low-intensity ultrasound can increase the content of thymic nucleic acid within cells, affect enzyme activity and protein synthesis, stimulate cell growth, and promote material metabolism.

(3)Under the action of high-intensity ultrasonic waves, a large number of highly active free radicals can be formed within tissues, accelerating the oxidation-reduction processes within tissues, promoting tissue growth, and thereby enhancing the tissue's regenerative capacity.
