The Multifunctional Debridement Instrument based on the advanced ultrasonic cavitation technology, the device can instantly generate a powerful impact force of several hundred atmospheres. Multifunctional Debridement Instrument utilizes the Venturi effect: the high-speed airflow separates and atomizes the cleaning solution into small liquid droplets of 5 to 10 micrometers, accelerating them to over 100 meters per second. These droplets then impact the bacteria and foreign substances on the wound surface, causing them to detach. This method is suitable for cleaning difficult-to-heal wounds and removing bacteria and biofilms.The instrument operates at a liquid consumption rate of 20 milliliters per minute, representing a 98% reduction compared to traditional methods, and the gauze can absorb the liquid effectively.
A disposable infusion set is adopted for the sterile transportation of liquids. Notably, the liquid does not pass through the handle but directly reaches the working rod that can be sterilized under high temperature and high pressure, thus achieving sterile debridement.
