Double-Lumen Endobronchial Tube

HTSY® durable Double-Lumen Endobronchial Tube is designed for lung isolation during thoracic and cardiothoracic surgery. It enables one-lung ventilation, so the operative lung can collapse safely while the other lung receives good ventilation.

The product line includes the standard double lumen endobronchial tube and the visual type with a lighted stylet. Both versions are made from medical grade PVC that is free of DEHP and latex. The material softens at body temperature, and this helps reduce irritation and mechanical injury to the airway.

The tube has two independent lumens and separate bronchial and tracheal cuffs. High volume low pressure cuffs create a secure seal but apply little pressure on the mucosa. A full-length X-ray line makes positioning easy to confirm. The Y connector allows separate control of airflow to each lung. In the visual version, the stylet sends real-time images to a monitor, so placement becomes more accurate and the risk of blind intubation drops.

The visual version offers real-time airway monitoring, so aspiration risk and repositioning time decrease. The curved distal tip guides placement, and the dual cuff structure resists shifting.
